【摘要】 目的：探讨超声心动图对婴幼儿完全性大动脉转位的诊断及在围手术期处理中的应用价值。方法：回顾分析１２７例婴幼儿完全性大动脉转位超声心动图诊断及其在围手术期中的应用。结果：本组２１例心导管及心血管造影、７例手术、６例尸解诊断与超声心动图诊断结果基本一致。结论：超声心动图对内科诊断、早期手术处理以及术后随访具有积极意义，而对合并其它严重畸形的患者，其应用有局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis and perioperative care of dextro-transposition of the great arteries in infants. Methods: 127 infants with (dextro - transposition) of the great arteries were retrospectively studied. Results: 21 infants had catheterization and angiocardiography, 7 underwent operations, 6 had autopsy. The results accorded with those by echocardiography. Conclusion: Doppler echocardiography is a rapid, easy and accurate method to help perioperative monitoring and treatment. Overall evaluation according to statistics from catheterization and angiocardiography should be made to those patients with complex anomalies.更多还原
