组织学实验教学方法改革初探

【摘要】 目的  探索培养学生创新精神 ,促进学生个性发展 ,全面提高组织学实验课教学质量的教学模式。方法  将传统的大班合堂授课后 ,小班集中实验的分离式教学模式 ,改为每班 2 5人次的小班边讲课边实验的教学模式。充分利用电化教学设备 ,加强对学生基本方法和基本技能的训练 ,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。对实验组和对照组学生的实验考试成绩、总成绩 (包括理论考试成绩、实验考试成绩及能力测试 )进行分析比较。 结果  ① 90 %的学生非常赞成这种新的教学模式。学生反映该教学模式使枯燥无味的实验课变得生动有趣 ;使抽象琐碎的理论知识变得非常直观、易懂、易记 ;给学生提供了一个宽松的学习环境 ,使之有机会探寻更多的未知结构。每个学生都能感受到教师对他们的关心。②实验考试成绩实验组为 ( 9.82± 2 .18) ,对照组为 ( 7.0 5± 2 .84 ) ;总成绩实验组为 ( 81.2 3± 5.88) ,对照组为 ( 73.81± 8.14)。两组比较均具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。③学生分析问题、解决问题的能力以及实际操作能力 ,实验组也明显高于对照组。结论  该教学方法能合理利用学生的形象思维与逻辑思维 ,不仅能减轻学生的学习负担 ,提高学习成绩 ,还能提高学生的实际操作能力、语言表达能力和自信心 ,培养学生的发散思

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new teaching mode in histological experiment so as to develop the creative power and good personality of students and improve the teaching quality of histological experiment.Methods Students used to attend lectures first in enlarged classes and then to perform experiments in small divided groups.The new teaching mode can allow 25 students to attend lectures and to perform experiments simultaneously in small divided classes.Audio-visual equipment was used to strengthen the training of operating methods and skills and to develop the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.Comparisions were made between the experiment group and the control group in terms of students’ mark in the tests of comprehensive study,experiment and proficiency.Results 90% of the students were in favour of the new teaching mode which could make dull experiment class interesting and make the trivial theoretical knowledge directly perceived and easily understood.The new mode could create a comfortable learning circumstances for students in which teachers’ loving care could be felt.The experiment marks in the experiment group and the controd group were 9.82±2.18 and 7.05±2.48 respectively.The total marks in the experiment group and the control group were 81.23 ± 5.86 and 73.81 ± 8.14 respectively.The difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.01).Students in the experiment were also found to have greater ability to analyze and slove practical problems than those in the control group.Conclusion The new teaching mode can rationally improve students’ ability of thinking in images and logic and can lighten the burden of students so as to help them develop their multi-dimensional thinking ability and creative power as well as their self-confidence and their ability in practical operation and communication with language.In all,the new mode can help to improve the comprehensive quality of students and it can be regarded as a useful application in promoting the teaching quality of histology and embryology.
