【摘要】 目的　观察不同剂量的糖皮质激素对重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法　 观察组 16例采用小剂量激素 (地塞米松 2 0mg d)治疗 ,对照组 16例使用较大剂量激素 (地塞米松 4 0mg d)治疗。其他治疗措施及方法基本相同。结果　 两组病人症状均在 1～ 2d缓解 ,动脉血PaO2 恢复正常所需时间两组无差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　 对重症哮喘者早期应用小剂量激素、氨茶碱持续静脉点滴 ,可避免大剂量应用产生的副作用 ,可收到较好效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of applying different doses of glucocorticoids to patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods 16 cases in the treatment group were treated with low dose glucocorticoids(dexamethasone,20 mg/d),and other 16 cases in the control group with high dose glucocorticoids(dexamethasone,40mg/d).Other management was alike.Results The clinical symptoms were improved in both groups in 12 days.The difference of the demanding time that the arterial blood gas(PaO 2)returned to normal between the two groups was insignificant (P>0.05) .Conclusion To start intravenous drips of low dose glucocorticoids and aminophylline as soon as possible is effective in treating patients with severe bronchial asthma and this can avoid some side effects caused by the application of high dose glucocorticoids.更多还原
