【摘要】 目的　 了解先天性血管病变不同类型和同一类型不同时期的内皮细胞增殖情况及肥大细胞计数的变化。方法　 采用免疫组织化学方法及细胞特染技术 ,对 74例各种类型血管病变进行了增殖细胞核抗原 ( PCNA)检测和肥大细胞计数的比较。结果　 增生期毛细血管瘤、混合型血管瘤检测 PCNA表达为阳性 ,其它均为阴性。经统计学处理 ,各类增生期血管瘤 PCNA表达阳性率及肥大细胞计数均明显高于消退期婴幼儿血管瘤及各类血管畸形 ,有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　PCNA的表达对血管病变的新分类、诊断及治疗选择具有指导意义 ;血管瘤的内皮细胞增生与肥大细胞增多有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the proliferative activity of endothelial cells in various types of congenital vascular lesions and that of the same type in different phases and to compare the mast cell counts.Methods 74 cases of vascular lesions received proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) examinations and the mast cell counts were compared through immunohistochemical method and special staining technique.Results PCNA was positive in proliferative capillary hemangiomas and composite hemangiomas,but negative in other cases.The positive rate of PCNA in different proliferative capillary hemangiomas was higher and the mast cell counts were more than those in extinctive infant hemangiomas.The differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion PCNA expression may be helpful in the new classification,diagnosis and treatment of congenital vascular lesions.And there seems to be close relationship between angiomatous endotheliocytosis and mast cell increase.更多还原
