【摘要】 目的 :探讨 CD1 1 6 在急性白血病中的表达及临床意义。方法 :对 114例急性白血病患者进行免疫表型及细胞遗传学分析。结果 :CD1 1 6 在急性淋巴细胞白血病 (AL L )中无阳性表达 ,而在急性髓性细胞白血病 (AML )中阳性表达率为 42 .4% ;CD1 1 6 在 AML各亚型间出现的频率存在明显差异 ,阳性率 M5 为 83.3% ,M4为 40 .0 % ,M3和 M2 分别为 2 7.2 %和 15 .0 %。 2例 M5 患者出现染色体 + 8异常 ,伴 CD1 1 6 阳性表达。结论 :CD1 1 6 主要在髓性细胞白血病中表达 ,且与具有单核细胞特征的白血病相关 ;CD1 1 6 联合 CD4有利于 M5 亚型白血病的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of GM-CSF receptor (CD 116 ) expression in acute leukemia.Methods:Immnophenotypic and cytogenetic features of blast cells in 114 acute leukemia were analysed.Results:Blast cells from ALL patients were CD 116 negative,and CD 116 was expressed in blasts from 42.4 % of AML, incidence of CD 116 expression in each FAB subtype was also different,CD 116 expression were significantly more frequent in AML-M 4、M 5,the highest expression was seen in M 5 ( 83.3 %).In CD 116 +AML,no correlation was found between CD 116 and cytogenetic abnormalities.Conclutions:CD 116 may be considered a sensitive and specific marker to detect leukemia cells committed to the myeloid lineage, especially the monasocytic commitment, CD 116 combining CD 4 may be important to diagnose M 5.更多还原
