【摘要】 目的 :探讨膜糖脂生化指标对白血病诊断的意义。方法 :检测血液肿瘤患者和白血病小鼠膜糖脂生化指标——神经节苷脂 (Gls)、总唾液酸 (TSA )、脂结合唾液酸 (L SA)和红细胞膜唾液酸 (R- SA)水平 ,并分别与各自正常对照组进行比较。结果 :髓细胞白血病患者 TSA、L SA和 R- SA较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且发现白血病小鼠的 Gls、TSA、L SA和 R- SA亦较正常对照组显著升高 ,且差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,而骨髓瘤患者的膜糖脂指标较正常对照组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :膜糖脂生化指标 Gls、TSA、L SA和 R- SA在白血病诊断中可作为辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the significance of membrane glycolipids biochemical indexes in leukemia diagnosis.Method:The membrane glycolipids biochemical indexes GlS、TSA、LSA and R-SA of tumor patients and leukemia mouse were estimated and compared with that the normal.Result:It was found that the TSA、LSA and R-SA levels in myelogenous leukemia patients markedly inoveased than those of normal subjects (P< 0.05 ) and that the GlS、TSA、LSA and R-SA levels in leukemia mouse of inoressed too and the difference was significant (P< 0.01 ) ,while the membrane glycolipids level in myeloma patients has no significant difference compared with the normal (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion:membrane glycolipids biochemiscal indexes GlS、TSA、LSA and R-SA could be used as the assistant index in leukemia diagnois.更多还原
