【摘要】 目的 :探讨伤寒患者外周血及骨髓细胞的变化。方法 :对 70例伤寒患者进行外周血及骨髓细胞形态分析。结果 :伤寒患者血常规检查中除白细胞减少外 ,尚有血红蛋白和血小板减少 ;骨髓涂片中除有白细胞中毒改变外 ,92 .86 %伤寒患者髓片中找到印戒样组织细胞 ,与发热待查组及恶性组织细胞增生症组 (其印戒样组织细胞阳性率分别为 4.2 6 %、0 % )比较 ,差异有极显著意义 ( P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :骨髓检查发现印戒样组织细胞有助于伤寒与其它发热性疾病的鉴别更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore changes of typhoid sufferer in hemogram and bone marrow.Method:Analyzing hemogram and bone marrow of 70 typhoid sufferers.Result:Besides leukopenia,Hb and platelet of typhoid sufferers decreased.Most patients had poisonous granules.Histocytes were found in bone marrow of 92.86 % patients (P< 0.001 ).Conclusion:Discovery of finger ring histocytes in check of bone marrow is helpful in different diagnosis of other fever discusses.更多还原
