【摘要】 目的：研究老年糖尿病患者胆囊运动功能与血浆胃动素的关系。方法：４２例老年糖尿病患者和１４例健康对照者在口服煎鸡蛋前后，用Ｂ型超声波测量胆囊容积变化，用放免方法测量血浆胃动素水平变化。结果：无任何自主神经病变及轻度自主神经病变者，胆囊运动功能和血浆胃动素水平与正常对照组比较无显著差异。糖尿病伴有严重自主神经病变者，胆囊收缩功能减低，血浆胃动素水平升高。结论：老年糖尿病患者胆囊运动功能与血浆胃动素水平变化有明显的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To study the relationship between contractile motility of gallbladder and plasma motilin levels in aged diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: 42 case diabetes mellitus patients and 12 case normal subjects were studied. Patients were divided into three groups: GroupA n=17,had no diabetic neuropathy, Group B n=11 had diabetic neuropathy with little autonomic neuropathy, and Group C n=14 had serious diabetic autonomic neuropathy, contractile motility of gallbladder and plasma a motilin response to egg administration were tested. Results: In Group A and Group B, contractile of the gallbladder and plasma motilin levels in fasting and after egg administration were not significantly different from that in normal subject group(P>0.05). However, in Group C after egg administration contractile of gallbladder compared with that in normal subject group was markedly decreased(P<0.01);plasma motilin level was obviously higher than that in normal subject in fasting and after egg administration(P<0.01). Conclution: Aged diabetic patients with seriously autonomic neuropathy their gallbladder contratile was impaired after egg administration and plasma motilin levels was increased in fasting and after egg administration than that in normal subject group(P<0.01).更多还原
