【摘要】 目的 :观察辛伐他汀 (商品名 :舒降之 ,2 0 m g/ d)对糖尿病并发高脂血症或混合型高脂血症患者降脂治疗的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用多中心开放研究 ,对重庆、成都和武汉三市 143例糖尿病并高脂血症或混合型高脂血症患者予每日晚间顿服辛伐他汀 2 0 mg,共 6周 ,观察用药前后血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (AL T)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和肌酸激酶 (CK)水平变化。结果 :治疗后 6周时 TG、TC和 L DL- C均较治疗前明显的降低 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,降低率分别为 37.36 %、2 6 .95 %和 2 9.6 8% ,而 HDL- C显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,升高率为 16 .78% ,治疗前后AL T、AST和 CK无明显变化。整个治疗阶段未发生与药物有关的不良反应。结论 :辛伐他汀对于糖尿病并发高脂血症或混合型高脂血症患者的降脂疗效是有效和安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the efficiency and safety of ZOCOR(simvastatin) (20 mg/day) on diabetic patients with hyperlipidaemia and combined hyperlipidaemia.Method:This was a multi center open labelled study. 143 (Chongqing,Chengdu and Wuhan) diabetic patients with hyperlipidaemia and combined hyperlipidaemia were enrolled. All cases received ZOCOR(simvastatin) 20 mg daily for 6 weeks.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the mean reduction of level of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol was 37.36 %, 26.95 % and 29.68 % respectively (P< 0.0001 ),the increase of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was 16.78 % (P< 0.0001 ).There was no significant change of level of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and creatine kinase.No serious adverse effects were observed.Conclusion:ZOCOR (simvastatin) significantly decreases the hyperlipidaemia and combined hyperlipidaemia,and is well tolerated at a dose of 20 mg daily for a duration of six weeks in the treatment of lipid abnormality in diabetic patients.更多还原
