高血压、高血脂、糖尿病患者血小板CD62p的表达及血清内皮素-1和降钙素基因相关肽水平及意义
The value and significances of platelet CD62p、serum endothelin 1 and calcitonin gene related paptide in patients with hypertension、 hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 目的 :研究高血压、高血脂及糖尿病对心脑血管疾病的危险性。方法 :采用流式细胞术和 RIA法测定31例高血压、5 3例高血脂及 33例糖尿病患者血小板 CD6 2 p的表达及血清内皮素 - 1 (ET- 1 )、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平。结果 :所有患者的 CD6 2 p、ET- 1均有不同程度升高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,CGRP均普遍下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。CD6 2 p:高血压及并发高血脂或高血糖患者 >高胆固醇 >糖尿病 >高甘油三酯 ;ET- 1 :高血压 >高血脂 >糖尿病 ;CGRP:糖尿病 >高血脂 >高血压。结论 :高血压可能是心脑血管疾病的最危险因子 ,对高胆固醇也应特别重视
【Abstract】 Objective:To study platelet CD62p and serum ET 1、 CGRP levels in hypertension,hyperlipemia and diabetes patients.Method:CD62p expression was measured by FCM,serum ET 1、CGRP were detected by RIA.Result:Both CD62p and ET 1、CGRP had significant statistical differences between patients and normal controls.The level of CD62p、ET 1 were highest and CGRP was lowest in hypertension patients.Conclusion:Hypertension might be the most dangerous factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
