【摘要】 目的　探讨细胞凋亡在胰腺癌形成发展过程中的作用。方法　采用原位末端标记法对 32例胰腺癌和 14例慢性胰腺炎中的细胞凋亡进行测定。结果　慢性胰腺炎的细胞凋亡数明显低于胰腺癌的细胞凋亡数 (P <0 .0 1) ,胰腺低分化腺癌和 TNM分期 、 期的细胞凋亡数低于高分化腺癌和 TNM分期 、 期的细胞凋亡数 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　细胞凋亡在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用 ,可以作为预测胰腺癌病程和预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the effect of apoptisis in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The number of the apoptotic cells was examined by in situ end labeling in 32 pancreatic carcinoma and 14 chronic pancereatitis.Results The number of apoptosis in chronic pancreatitis was significantly lower than that in pancreatic carcinoma(P<0.01).Poorly differentiated pancreatic carcinoma had less apopotic cell than well differenttiated pancreatic carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusions Apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
