【摘要】 目的　探讨老年人带状疱疹 (HZ)的临床特点。方法　回顾性分析 39例老年人 HZ患者的临床资料。结果　全数病例神经痛程度剧烈 ,先神经痛后有疱疹 34例 (84.9% ) ,多颅神经损害多见 ,尤以三叉神经受损最多 (5 8.5 % ) ,后遗神经痛 2 4例 (5 6 % ) ,反复发病 4例 ,并发缺血性脑卒中 2例 ,特殊型疱疹 15例(38.5 % ) ,误诊 2 2例 (5 1.3% )。结论　应提高对老年人 HZ的认识 ,有助于 HZ的早期诊治 ,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of herpes zoster in the elderly.Methods The clinical materials in 39 patients with herpes zoster in elderly were analyzed retrospectively.Results The neuralgia in all patients was severe.The neuralgia was presented before rash in 34 patients (84.9%).In most patients,the mutiple cranial nerve was affected and a majority of them (58.5%) located trigeminals nerve. The left neuralgia after crust dropped was presented in 24 patients (56%). The relapse was observed in 4 patients and 2 patients were association with ischemic cerebral stroke. The special type of rash was observed in 15 patients (38.5%). 22 patients (51.3%) were misdiagnosed.Conclusion To understand the clinical characteristics of herpes zoster in the elderly is helpful to early diagnosis and treatment as well as benefit to its prognosis.更多还原
