【Abstract】 A 32- year- old woman complained of petechiae of the lower limbs with pain of knee joints for two months. About ten years ago, the patient had been shortage of saliva and tear. For recent five years, she felt the drying of skin all over the body. Laboratory exam showed that rhumatoid factor was 1∶ 2000, ANA titers 1∶ 320, IgG 22.38g/L, IgA 7.23g/L and La(SSB) positive .Pathological exam of lip area tissue supported the diagnosis of Sj, gren s syndrome. ECT exam for dynamic function of salivary gland showed no function of bilateral submaxillary salivary glands， decreased concentration and drainage function of bilateral parotid salivary glands.Chest X ray exam for several times confirmed that there were progressive multiple cysts with thin wall in both lungs.更多还原
