【Abstract】 A 49- year- old female had generalized erythema with itching and pain for 10 months. A skin biopsy specimen revealed superficial epidermal lysis and necrosis. Serum glucagon was elevated. Computerized topography of the abdomen showed tumors of pancreas tail and liver. After the resection of the tumors, the erythema disappeared.更多还原
