【摘要】 回顾分析了34例儿童淋菌性尿道炎病例，其中男女比例为1∶3.25，平均年龄5.8岁。本组淋球菌培养均为阳性，1994年后的17例患儿还进行了沙眼衣原体培养和RPR、HIV检测及真菌培养，有6例沙眼衣原体培养阳性。本组中有5例患儿为同一幼儿园群体发病，提示儿童、尤其是女童较易受间接感染。同时应重视可能同时存在的沙眼衣原体感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 The retrospective analysis of 34 cases of children gonococcal urethritis were made in this article, in which the ratio of male to female was 1∶ 3.25, with the average age of 5.8 years. The culture of gonococcus was positive in all cases. The 17 cases contracted after 1994 were also cultured for chlamydia trachomatis and fungi and detected for RPR and HIV, 6 cases of which were positive for chlamydia trachomatis. There were 5 spisodes in the same kindergarten. It suggested that the children, especially girls, were easily in directly infected by gonococcus.
