【摘要】 患者男 ,40岁 ,全身出现蚕豆大多发性结节 2年余 ,近 10日部分结节破溃 ,伴微热。组织病理显示附属器周围和皮下脂肪小叶内可见局限性上皮样细胞肉芽肿。USR ( 1∶3 2 )、RPR( 1∶16)、TPHA( 1∶160 )均为阳性。经用美洛西林 4g/d注射、阿奇霉素 1g/d口服 ,治疗 4周结节全部消退 ,留瘢痕和色素沉着 ,获痊愈更多还原
