【摘要】 目的 :观察异氟醚和安氟醚吸入麻醉对病人T细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞 (NK细胞 )的影响。方法 :38例行肺叶切除术的病人 ,随机分为异氟醚麻醉组 2 0例、安氟醚麻醉组 18例。术前、麻醉后 1小时、术后 1天、术后 1周、术后 2周分别检测血清T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性。结果 :异氟醚组和安氟醚组术后的NK细胞活性均降低 ,异氟醚组T细胞亚群无明显改变 ,安氟醚组的CD4 活性降低 ,CD8活性升高 ,CD4 /CD8比值下降。结论 :安氟醚吸入麻醉对病人细胞免疫的抑制作用较异氟醚吸入麻醉明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of inhalation anesthetic on T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer(NK) cell activity.Methods:Thirty eight patients undergoing pneumonectomy were randomly allocated into isoflurane anesthesia group ( n= 20) and enflurane anesthesia group ( n= 18).The blood samples were obtained before anesthesia,at one hour after anesthesia,on one day,one week,two weeks after operation.The plasma levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity were measured.Results:The activity of NK cell was lower than the baseline in two groups.The levels of CD 8 were higher than the baseline.CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 ratio were lower than the baseline in enflurane group.No significant differences were found in the levels of CD 4,CD 8 and the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 in isoflurane group.Conclusion:The suppression effect of cell mediated immunity in enflurane group is more significant than that in isoflurane group.更多还原
