【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the changes of CGRP and NT in patients undergoing general anesthesia with propofol.Methods:In 19 patients under propofol anesthesia,the levels of CGRP and NT were detected by means of radio-immunologic analysis.Results:Plasma CGRP and NT levels were dominantly elevated intraoperatively and postoperatively.Conclusion:Propofol anesthesia could increase plasma CGRP and NT.It is proposed that the vasodilating and hypotensive effect of propofol be probably mediated via the increase of plasma CGRP and NT.更多还原
