【摘要】 目的 :探讨膀胱癌综合治疗的疗效。方法 :应用膀胱部分切除手术加粘膜下局部浸润注射丝裂霉素和髂内动脉插管定期灌注顺铂和阿霉素治疗膀胱癌 2 0例。结果 :随访 6个月～ 3年 ,有效率 95.0 % ,复发率 5.0 % ,无明显副作用。结论 :此方法近期疗效好 ,是治疗膀胱癌的一种有效的手段 ,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The effects of combination therapy for bladder cancer were evaluated.Methods:To further investigate the methods for bladder cancer treatment,twenty patients with bladder cancer were treated by partial cystectomy combined with chemotherapy using submucosa injection arterial infusion from an implanted catheter in the internal iliac artery.Results:After 6 to 36 months followup,the overall response rate was 95.0 % and 5.0 % respectively.Conclusion:This finding suggested that partial cystectomy combined with chemotherapy was clinically useful and valuable awaiting further investigation.更多还原
