【摘要】 目的 :提高对肾上腺偶发瘤的诊治水平。方法 :对肾上腺偶发瘤 39例进行术后病理及随访结果分析。结果 :37例经手术治疗 ,效果满意 ;1例恶性肿瘤并有肺转移者无法切除 ,仅取活检 ;1例肿瘤直径 2 .0 cm者 ,本人及家属不愿手术而出院随诊。结论 :在健康体检时应常规行肾上腺 B超检查 ,CT、MRI对确诊肾上腺占位病变有较高价值。恶性肿瘤、功能性肿瘤直径≥ 2 .0 cm者均应手术 ,<2 .0 cm者可行 B超、CT随诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of incident adrenal tumors. Methods: 39 cases of incident adrenal tumors were analyzed for post-operative histology and follow-up results.Results:Surgical excision achieved satisfactory curative effect in 37 cases of incident adrenal tumor.Conclusions:B-ultrasonography of the adrenals should be performed routinely in health examination.Open operations should be undertaken for malignant or functional tumors and for tumors greater than 2.0 cm in diameter.Tumors smaller than 2.0 cm might be followed-up with B-ultrasongraphy and CT scanning.更多还原
