【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the effect of combined castration and flutamide therapy in patients with advanced prostate cancer.Methods:Castration was performed on 10 patients with advanced prostate cancer,followed by flutamide treatment.And the clinical materials of all 10 patients were reviewed.Results:Follow up of all patients revealed that 8 cases of patients survived with their metastases disappeared and primary tumor shrank.Conclusions:Combined castration and flutamide therapy was effective for advanced prostate cancer.更多还原
