【摘要】 目的 :评价 B超在输尿管结石中的诊断价值。方法 :对 1 1 0例患者进行 B超及 X线检查诊断。结果 :1 1 0例均经手术取石、体外震波碎石和综合疗法排石证实 ,B超确诊率为 88.1 8%。结论 :对疑有输尿管结石者 ,应对输尿管全程作 B超观察 ;B超可清晰显示 X线阴性结石 ,有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the value of B type Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.Methods:Clinical materials of 110 cases of patients with ureterolithiasis were analysed. All patients received B type ultrasonography and x ray examination and diagnosis was confirmed by the discharge of stones through ureterolithotomy,lithotripsy or comprehensive treatment.Results:The correct diagnosis rate of B type ultrasonography in this group was 88.18 %.Conclusions:B type ultrasonography is useful and reliable in diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.更多还原
