【摘要】 目的 :总结上尿路内翻性乳头状瘤的诊治经验。方法 :回顾性分析 3例本病患者的临床资料并复习文献。结果 :3例均行开放手术治疗 ,并在术中、术后得到病理证实 ;2例获得随访 ,疗效确切。结论 :对上尿路内翻性乳头状瘤术前较难确诊 ,单发病灶可行病灶切除术 ,多发病灶必要时可行肾及输尿管大部分切除术更多还原

【Abstract】 Puropose:To sum up the experience of diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract.Methods:Clinical data of 3 cases of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract were analysed retrospectively and reviewed with related literatures. Results:3 cases were treated by open operation and diagnosis was confirmed by interoperative and postoperative pathological examinations. 2 cases of them were followedup for several years.Conclusions:It is difficult to make a definitive preoperative diagnosis of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract. Solitary lesion may be treated by local excision. Extensive lesion should be resected including kidney and ureter.更多还原
