【摘要】 目的 :探讨不育症患者亚临床型精索静脉曲张的诊断与治疗方法。方法 :采用彩色多普勒诊断亚临床型精索静脉曲张致不育症 32例 ,并用 2 mm针形腹腔镜行精索静脉高位结扎术。结果 :所有患者术后恢复顺利 ,无伤口感染及睾丸肿胀或萎缩 ,术后复查彩色多普勒示手术彻底 ,未见术后复发或反流。 2 1例获得 1年随访 ,16例患者配偶受孕。结论 :彩色多普勒能准确诊断亚临床型精索静脉曲张 ;针形腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术是治疗此类患者的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of subclinical v aricocele in infertile men. Methods: 32 cases of patients were diagnosed as having subclinical varicocele with Doppler sonography and were treated by 2 mm diameter needle shape laparoscopic ligation. Results: The mean operation time of unilateral varicocele ligation was 30 minutes, bilateral 45 minutes; The mean hospitalization time was 1.5 days; out of 21 patients who were followed up one year after operation, 16 patients′ wives were pregnant. Conclusions: Subclinical varicocele in infe rtile men could be correctly diagnosed with Doppler sonography; 2 mm diameter needle shape laparoscopic varicocele ligation was an effective treatment procedure for those patients.更多还原
