【摘要】 目的探讨p15、p16基因在肺癌组织中纯合缺失情况。方法对59例肺癌组织和14例肺部良性组织，应用PCR法检测p15、p16基因纯合缺失情况。结果在肺癌组织中p15、p16基因改变频率分别为11．9％、23．8％。而在肺部良性组织中只有p16基因1例阳性。结论p16基因在肺癌组织中改变率相对较高；p15、p16基因在肺癌的研究中可能具有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the homozygous deletion of p15,p16 genes in lung cancer.Methods In 59 cases of lung cancer and 14 cases of benign respiratory diseases ,the homozygou dele-tion of p15 and p16 gene were detected. Results The frequency of homozygous deletion of p15.p16was 11. 9 %. 23. 8% respectively and only one case of benign disease showed p16 homozygous dele-tion. Conclusion Homozygous deletion of p16 is common in lung cancer and the two genes may bevaluable for the study on lung cancer.更多还原
