【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病与冠心病患者心率变异 (HRV)改变及其异同 ,并观测疾病状态下HRV改变的昼夜节律性。方法　观察 2 5例糖尿病患者、2 2例冠心病患者及 48名健康人 2 4h、白天段及夜间段心率变异长程时域。结果　糖尿病组与冠心病组 HRV各指标 SDNN、RMSSD、PNN5 0、SDANN均显著低于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。糖尿病组与冠心病组及 2组内白天与夜间 HRV各指标比较均无显著性差异。结论　糖尿病、冠心病患者心率变异降低 ,心率变异分析可能缺乏特异性 ,糖尿病与冠心病患者 HRV昼夜节律性丧失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the alteration of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and the difference of HRV between the two groups. Method HRV time domain of 25 DM patients,22 CHD patients and 48 healthy aduts as control in 24 hours, daytime and nighttime were determined and analyzed.Results The SDNN, RMSSD, PNN50, SDANN in two groups of patients were lower than those in control group. These parameters had no significant difference between DM group and CHD group. ALL HRV parameters between daytime and nighttime had no difference.Conclusion HRV in DM patients and CHD patients decreased significantly, HRV analysis was perhaps devoid of specification,and the DM patients and CHD patients lost circadian rhythm of autonomic function.更多还原
