【摘要】 目的　探讨扩张型心肌病患者心电图异常Ｑ波与左室扩大的关系。方法　对４８ 例入院时资料完整同一时段心电图与心脏彩色超声波结果进行比较，心电图Ｑ波（Ｑ 波≥Ｒ／４，≥０．０４秒），ｒＳ波以ｒ≤０．１ ｍＶ，左室心腔舒张末期内径≥６．０ｃｍ 为扩大。结果　异常Ｑ波或ｒＳ型在Ｖ１、Ｖ２ 或／和Ｖ３ 上出现有１２例，在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ａＶＦ上有８例，在Ⅰ、ａＶＬ上有６ 例。结论　扩张型心肌病心电图上出现异常Ｑ波或ｒＳ型，左室扩大（≥６．０ｃｍ ）的敏感度为６９％ ，特异度为８１％ 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiomyopathy ECG abnormal Q wave and left ventricular enlargement in cardiomyopathy.Methods 48 patients’ECG and the results of cardiac colorultrasound examination in the first hospitalization day were compared with,QS(Q≥R/4,≥0.04sec),rS(r≤0.1 cm)being considered abnormal and left ventricular end diastolic diameter≥6.0 cm being defined to be enlarged. Results Abnormal Q or rS,in leads V1,V2 or/and V3 were 12 cases,in Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF were8 cases and in Ⅰ、aVL were6 cases. Conclusion Abnormal Q or rS in the related leads,sensitivity of left ventricular enlargement(≥6.0 cm) was 81%. [更多还原
