【摘要】 垂直牵引是 Edgewise技术矫治完成阶段用于对牙位进行精细调节的方法之一。本研究通过对 14位恒牙期固定正畸患者的矫治前 ,垂直牵引前、垂直牵引后三组咀嚼效率的对比研究显示 :垂直牵引前与矫治前的咀嚼效率比较两者无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;垂直牵引后与垂直牵引前及矫治前的咀嚼效率比较均有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。说明垂直牵引对于维护口颌系统正常功能和形态具有必要性和重要性。并探讨了垂直牵引中应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]Vertical elastics is a technique which is used at the finish stage of Edgewise to regulate teeth position accurately. This study was carried out on 14 subjects who were permanent dentition and were treated by fixed applianes. It is masticatory efficiency of pre treatment,pre vertical elastics and post vertical elastics to be investigated comparatively. Results showed; no significant difference was found between pre treatment and pre vertical elastics( P >0 05);The masticatory efficiency of post vertical elastics was the highest among the three groups( P <0 01);This indicates that vertical elastics is important and helpful for keeping normal function and morphology of oral and maxillofacial system; Some problems involving use were discussed.
