【摘要】 目的　探讨 CDIC纯钛牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法　对 114例失牙患者共种植各型 CDIC纯钛牙种植体 15 6枚 ,术后 3～ 6月用固定种植义齿修复方法行烤瓷冠修复。结果　修复后通过 13～ 48月随访 ,种植体成功率为 96 .15 %。结论　严格的适应症 ,正确的外科操作 ,种植体的合适选择及正确的修复是种植成功的关键 ,尽管 CDIC种植体只能行固定种植修复 ,其精密度与国外种植体相比还有待进一步提高 ,但 CDIC种植体价廉、成功率较高 ,适合中国国情。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]Objective To study the clinical application of CDIC dental implant. Methods 156 CDIC dental implants were implanted to 114 cases by the authors, 3～6 months after operation, all of them were restored with fixed prosthesis. Results clinical follow up 13～48 months after the restoration of the implant superstructures, the results showed that the success rate in 96.15%. Conclusion The high success rate mainly depends on the strict indication, the correct operation procedure, proper selection of dental implant and the correct prosthesis design. Although CDIC implant can only be restored with fixed prosthesis and its precision is expected to be further improved comparing with some foreign implants, CDIC implant is cheap and has high success rate, so, it is applied to the chinese situation.
