【摘要】 目的　分析后牙窝洞修复继发龋发生的影响因素 ,提出预防措施。方法　应用流行病学调查方法 ,收集窝洞修复在一年以上的 180 0颗后牙发生 5 11颗继发龋的临床病例 ,就其发病关联因素进行综合分析。结果　继发龋的发生与年龄、性别、就诊医院无关 ,而与修复后的时间、修复的材料、是否行牙髓治疗、修复的部位以及窝洞制备的质量有关 ,且均有统计学意义。结论　影响继发龋发生的因素有修复后时间、修复材料、牙髓治疗方法、修复部位及窝洞质量等 ,其中修复材料是影响继发龋发生的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]Objective To analyse the influence factors of posterior teeth cavity filling complicating secondary caries and put forward prevention measure. Methods For making epidemiological investigation, we collected 1800 posterior teeth clinical cases complicating 511 secondary caries which cavity filling was beyond one year and analysed the factors related to secondary caries. Results Secondary caries is related to cavity filling times, filling material, endodontic remedy or not, filling position, cavity quality, these differences have statistical signifficance, but it has nothing to do with age, sex, any hospital.Conclusion Influence factors of posterior teeth have cavity filling times, filling materials, ondondontium remedy or not, filling position, and cavity quality.
