【摘要】 探讨复方苔藓片是否具有体内抗自由基损伤的作用。方法　将 2 4只金黄仓鼠分为三组 , 、 组每日给臭氧吸入 ,第 组同时每日灌喂复方苔藓片 ,共 40天 , 组为空白对照 ,实验结束时 ,取动物颊粘膜、肺、肝进行常规病理学评价。结果　臭氧吸入未引起仓鼠颊粘膜损伤 ,但肺和肝损伤明显 ,喂复方苔藓片的动物则损伤减轻 ,提示该药可能具有减轻自由基损伤的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 We had demonstrated previously that the Taixian tablet could eliminate free radicals in Vitro. In this paper, we reported that the lung and liver of young syrian hamster were injuryed by breathing the ozone. The Tixian tablet could reduced the injury of the animal ′s lung and liver. These result indicated that this drug had antioxidanton in Vivo.更多还原
