【摘要】 通过对正常女性口腔粘膜组织中雌孕激素受体的检测 ,阐明雌孕激素受体在口腔粘膜组织中存在的意义 ,为探讨与其相关的口腔粘膜病提供理论依据。材料与方法　应用 ABC法对 10例健康女性黄体期口腔粘膜作 ER与 PR的检测。结果　 10例口腔粘膜均表现为正常的组织象。其中 ,7例雌激素受体阳性 ,8例孕激素受体阳性。结论　口腔粘膜亦是性激素的靶组织之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To illustrate the significance of the existence of estrogen and progesterone receptors in normal female oral mucosa and to provide the theoretical facts for questing the relationship between oral mucosal diseases and estrogern and progesterone receptors.Method ABC method was applied to detect estrogen and progesterone receptors of oral mucosae in 10 women who were in mid luteal phase.Oral mucosae of 10 cases had the normal tissue structure,seven of ten expressed positiveness of estrogen receptor,eight of the positiveness of progesterone receptor. Conclusion Oral mucosa is also one of the target tissues of sexual hormones.更多还原
