γ-氨基丁酸与原发性三叉神经痛的关系探讨
The study of relation between γ aminobutyric acid and primary Trigeminal neuralgia.
【摘要】 为了探讨γ-氨基丁酸与原发性三叉神经痛的关系。方法 通过同位素标记放射免疫法测定 10对疼痛的下牙槽神经与无痛的舌神经末梢支 GABA受体含量。结果 疼痛的下牙槽神经组 GABA受体含量明显低于无痛的舌神经组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 γ-氨基丁酸受体量减少是引起原发性三叉神经痛的重要原因之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between γ aminobutyric acid (GABA) and primary Trigeminal neuralgia (PTN). Methods GABA receptor counts of peripheral branch of PTN (10 pairs painful infrior alveolar neuralgia and painless Lingual never) were measured by radioimmuoassay and isotope Labelling method. Results GABA receptor counts of painful infrior alveolar neuralgia was significantly lower than painless Lingual never′s ( P <0.01). Conclusion Depression of GABA receptor counts be one of important cause of PTN.
