【Abstract】 DAZ gene in oligospermia and azoospermia was detected by Fluorescent PCR with fluorescence labeled SpectrumOrange dUTP and the pare of primers of sY254 of DAZ gene and good result was got.It was suggested that this method can be used in clinic for its low harm to the researches and the believable and stable result.更多还原
