【摘要】 目的 :探讨中学生自杀意念的发生率及其影响因素 ,为心理干预措施提供参考。　方法 :采用随机、分层、整群抽样方法 ,抽取乐昌市 3所中学的 518名高中生 ,用症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、防御方式问卷、应对方式问卷进行调查。　结果 :有 2 0 .7%的中学生有不同程度的自杀意念 ;女性、独生子女、单亲家庭的自杀意念发生率显著高于男性、非独生子女、核心家庭及传统大家庭 ;有自杀意念组的心理健康水平低 ,采用不成熟防御方式及消极应对方式和情绪不稳定人格多见 ;逐步回归分析表明 ,影响自杀意念的相关因素有抑郁、强迫、精神病性因素 ,是否独生子女 ,内外向人格维度 ,家庭结构和消极应对方式。　结论 :自杀意念在中学生中较为常见 ,应加强中学生的应对方式训练更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the suicidal ideation and associated factors in high school students. Method:518 high school students were recruited and all completed the SCL 90,EPQ,defense style questionnaire and coping style questionnaire. Results:20 % of subjects had suicidal ideation.Risk factors included female sex,being the only child and single parent family.Psychopathology included unstable mood,immature defense style and passive coping strategy.Multiple regression analysis showed depression,obssesive compulsive,psychopathic factors,being only child,intro/extroversion personality,single parent family and passive coping style were independently associated,suicidal ideation. Conclusion:Suicidal ideation is common among high school students.More research should be conducted for prevention.Counseling in coping strategy could be useful.更多还原
