【摘要】 目的 :探讨双相抑郁与单相抑郁临床特征的区别。　方法 :收集单相抑郁症患者 32例 ,双相抑郁症患者 40例 ,从临床的角度进行对照研究。　结果 :单相抑郁症患者多见焦虑、自杀行为 ;而双相抑郁却以精神运动性迟滞突出。治疗上单相抑郁症患者抗抑郁剂疗效明显优于舒必利 ,而对双相抑郁症病人舒必利与抗抑郁剂同样有效 ,且舒必利有药物副反应小 ,不易转躁的特点。　结论 :舒必利可作为双相抑郁症病人的首选药物。临床特征有助于对双相抑郁与单相抑郁的鉴别及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the difference in the clinical features between bipolar and unipolar depression. Method:Thirty two patients with unipolar depression and 40 patients with bipolar depression were recruited for comparison of clinical features. Results:Anxiety and suicidal behaviour were more common in unipolar depression, whilst psychomotor retardation was more prevalent in bipolar depression. Antidepressant did significantly better than sulpiride in unipolar depression, but they were equally effective in bipolar depression.On the other hand, sulpiride had fewer side effects and less propensity to induce a manic swing. Conclusion:Unipolar and bipolar depression differ in clinical features and therapeutic response to psychotropics. Sulpiride is especially useful in bipolar disorder.更多还原
