【摘要】 目的　介绍牛皮质骨骨针在手部骨折治疗中的应用。方法　对 2 4例掌骨、指骨骨折应用热处理后的牛皮质骨骨针行内固定。结果　 6周时骨折临床愈合。掌指关节、指间关节活动度按TAM方法评定均优。结论　热处理后的牛骨骨针是安全、可靠的内固定材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the clinical application of bovine cortex bone nails in hand fracture. Methods 24 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal bone fracture were fixed using heat treated bovine cortex bone nails. Results\ All cases obtained clinical bony union in 6 weeks, the movement of metacarphalangeal and interphalangeal joints was excellent according to TAM evaluation. Conclusion\ Heat treated bovine cortex bone nails is a safe, reliable and effective material for the internal fixation of hand fracture.更多还原
