【摘要】 目的　探讨锁骨外侧端不稳定骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法　钢丝环绕锁骨、喙突固定 ,不暴露骨折端 ,治疗 16例锁骨外侧端不稳定Ⅱ型骨折。结果　随访 6～ 18个月 ,无畸形愈合、延迟愈合及不愈合 ,患肢功能恢复良好。结论　该方法不暴露骨折断端 ,操作简便 ,损伤小 ,疗效好 ,是治疗锁骨外侧端不稳定骨折的良好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study method to treat unstable fractures of the distal clavicle. Methods 16 cases of unstable fractures of the distal clavicle were treated by binding with steel wire between distal clavicle and processus coracoideus. Results 16 cases were followed up, ranging from 6 to 18 months, none of whom was found to appear delayed union or nonunion. The functions of the patients upper limbs were good. Conclusion This technique is good in treating the unstable fractures of the distal clavicle.更多还原
