【摘要】 探讨刺五加皂甙 (ASS)对体外培养肝癌细胞凋亡的影响。采用透射电镜及琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察ASS作用肝癌细胞凋亡的形态学改变和DNA电泳。电镜观察ASS作用肝癌细胞出现异染色体边集 ,线粒体肿胀等凋亡改变。ASS作用肝癌细胞DNA出现典型梯状改变。提示ASS促进体外培养肝癌细胞凋亡 ,且随着时间的增加和剂量加大 ,诱发凋亡程度增高更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]To detect Acanthopanax senticosus(ASS) induce apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cells,the morphologic changes and DNA fragmentation of HCC cells induced by ASS were observed with transmission electron microscope and agarose gel electrophoresis assays The results showed that under electron microscope,it was observed ASS lead to HCC cells apoptosis DNA ladder fragmentations changes induced by ASS were clearly and the changes become significant with dosage increase of ASS It suggestes that ASS induce apoptosis of HCC cells [WT5”HZ]更多还原
