【摘要】 为了解慢性肝病患者间质胶原酶基因表达的变化 ,选择慢性肝炎 12例、肝硬化 13例及正常对照 8例 ;用逆转录定量PCR方法 ,测定慢性肝病患者间质胶原酶的基因表达水平。结果表明正常人有间质胶原酶(MMP1)的基因表达 ;慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者MMP1基因表达较正常对照明显增强 ;慢性肝炎患者MMP1基因表达水平明显高于肝硬化患者。上述结果提示慢性肝病患者间质胶原酶基因表达的变化可能是影响其酶活性变化的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]In order to investigate the alteration of interstitial collagenase(MMP 1) gene expression in patients with chronic liver disease,12 patients with chronic hepatitis,13 patients with liver cirrhosis and 8 normal controls were selected and liver tissue was obtained by liver biopsy MMP 1 gene expression level was measured by quantitative analysis of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction Results showed that MMP 1 gene expression levels in patients with chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were higher than that of normal control The gene expression level in patients with chronic hepatitis was higher in comparison with that in patients with liver cirrhosis These results suggest that the alteration of MMP 1 gene expression in patients with chronic liver diseases might be an important factor which affecting the change of MMP 1 enzyme activity [WT5”HZ]更多还原
