中场强磁共振尿路水成像技术与临床应用初探
Preliminary Evaluation of MR Urography Technique with 0.5T Unit and Its Clinical Applications
【摘要】 目的 评价中场强 ( 0 .5T)磁共振单激发快速自旋回波序列 (SSFSE)尿路水成像 (MRU)技术及其临床应用价值。材料与方法 42例正常和尿路梗阻患者 ,在GE 0 .5T超导MR成像仪上采用SSFSE进行MRU成像 ;3 8例加作 2DFSE重T2 WI ,经最大信号强度投影 (MIP)重建MRU图像。结果 采用SSFSE所得MRU图像可清晰显示正常尿路 ,效果比 2DFSE重T2 WI经MIP重建所得MRU图像要佳 ,尿路梗阻患者均能显示梗阻部位及程度 ,定性诊断正确率也达 84.8%。结论 中场强下应用SSFSE对尿路梗阻性病变的诊断具有较大临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate MRU technique using SSFSE pulse sequence with a middle field unit and its clinical applications.Materials and Methods MRU using SSFSE pulse sequence was performed with a GE 0.5T MR unit in all 42 cases, additional 2D heavily T 2WI FSE MRU was done in 38 cases. MRU images were reconstructed with MIP. A comparison was made between SSFSE and FSE.Results MRU with SSFSE well demonstrated normal renal pelvis, calyx, ureters and bladder, which was much better than 2D FSE MRU. For urinary tract obstruction, the obstructive site and extent could be well show on both MRU methods, although the image quality with SSFSE was better and had no or less artifacts.Conclusion With a middle field MR unit, MRU using SSFSE is of much value in diagnosing obstructive urinary diseases.
