颅脑病变MRI彩色立体表示
3-D Pseudocolor MRI of Craniocerebral Diseases
【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI三维重建技术在颅脑病变的临床应用价值。材料与方法 对 2例健康志愿者及 16例颅脑病变患者进行三维扫描 ,将原始图像数据传输到工作站 ,通过调整阈值 ,进行图像的分割和叠加 ,并进行伪着色 ,立体显示病变。结果 16例颅脑病变患者均立体显示了病变的形态、大小、位置以及与周围结构的关系。结论 MRI三维彩色成像为临床提供有价值的信息 ,为颅内占位病变手术治疗方案的制订提供重要的参考 ,将逐步在临床上广泛使用
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate 3-D color MRI in the clinical application for craniocerebral diseases.Materials and Methods 3-D scanning was performed in 16 patients with craniocerebral disease and 2 healthy volunteers. The raw data were fed into the diagnostic workstation and pseudocolor 3-D images were reconstructed.Results The shape, size, location, and the relationship with the neighboring structures of the lesions were well displayed stereoscopically in all 16 patients with craniocerebral disease.Conclusion 3-D color imaging of MR provides useful information for clinical management of craniocerebral lesions.
