【摘要】 目的 :探讨提高鼻腔腺样囊性癌疗效的治疗方法。方法 :对 19例腺样囊性癌患者行手术和术前诱导性化疗加放疗 ,即综合治疗。结果 :随访 5年、8年及 10年 ,局部复发率分别为 5 .3%、2 1.1%及 31.6 %。结论 :腺样囊性癌局部浸润性强 ,鼻腔的解剖部位特殊 ,手术难以广泛彻底切除 ,术前化疗加放疗可杀灭隐性癌灶 ,抑制原发灶 ,对降低局部复发率和癌转移 ,是一种有效的治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the biological features of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the nasal cavity in order to provide a basis for its clinical treatment.Method:A retrospective analysis was made to 19 cases which were treated with operation combined with preoperative chemotherapy and radiation.Result:5,8,and 10 years’follow-ups conducted post treatment showed the local recurrence rates were 5.3 %,21.1%,and 31.6 % respectively.Conclusion:Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the nasal cavity is highlighted because of high-degree local infiltration,the specific anatomy of the cavity ,and the difficulty of wide-ranging surgical resection.Preoperative chemotherapy combined with radiation has the advantages of extinguishing the recessive cancerous foci, inhibiting the primary foci and lowering local recurrences andcancerous metastases. Thus it constitutes an effective way to deal with this malignancy.更多还原
