【摘要】 目的 :比较 CO2 激光等 4种方法治疗鼻 L ittle区出血的疗效。方法 :对 85 1例鼻 L ittle区出血患者分别采用硬化剂粘膜下注射、冷冻、CO2 激光和化学烧灼 4种方法治疗。结果 :硬化剂治疗有效率为 92 .4% ;CO2 激光治疗为 75 .8% ;冷冻治疗为 76 .4% ;化学烧灼为 73.8%。结论 :鼻 L ittle区出血可首选硬化剂粘膜下注射治疗 ,其疗效虽优于其他 3种治疗方法 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但亦应根据具体病情选用其他 3种治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the most effective technique in the treatment of little′s area epistaxis.Method:851 patients were seperatedly treated with four techniques. The effects of sclerosant mucosa injection, cryotheropy,CO 2 laser and chemical cautery in the treatment of epistaxis were compared.Result:The effective rate of sclerosant mucosa injection is 92.4 %,CO 2 laser 75.8 %,Cryotheropy 76.4 %,Chemical cautery 73.8 %.No sideeffect was found.Conclusion:Sclerosant mucosa injection is superior to the others.更多还原
