【Abstract】 Based on the materials of a large quantity of examples and evidences provided for in the documentation such as Zuozhuan and Guoyu ,the article analyzed the distinctions of criminal punishments in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Post Wartime Period together with the social conditions of the Spring and Autumn Period,and held that the criminal punishment in the Spring and Autumn Period was of four features:non-legalization,non-necessity for implementation,non-normalization and quasi-statehood.更多还原
