【摘要】 漏斗形结晶器是薄板坯连铸机的重要设备。本文建立了其物理模型和数学模型,采用Algor有限单元处理软件进行了漏斗形结晶器温度场的计算分析,得出了其温度分布规律。对准确实施漏钢预报、安全使用结晶器非常重要。本课题的研究将为薄板坯连铸连轧生产线在我国顺利投产打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The funnel mould is one of the important equipments of the thin-slab continuous casters. The paper established the physical and mathematical models, and researched the temperature field by the way of the FEM. Then we have got the distributive rule of the temperature field of the funnel mould. This is very important for predicting the breakout precisely and using the mould safely.
