【Abstract】 To the problems of algorithm performance measurement, performance comparison and local minimum in the frequency planning local searching algorithm, a kind of effective test analysis method is proposed. The first arrival time in the given quality limits is taken as performance measurement. The performance of algorithm is evaluated fully and precisely by comparing the performance distance and changing direction among the algorithms to multi kind of instance models. The improved ideas and methods of local searching algorithm design are proposed.更多还原
