选择性氯化提取攀西稀土矿脱锰矿泥中稀土
EXTRACTION OF RARE EARTH FROM Mn-STRIPPED RARE EARTH MUD BY SELECTIVE CHLORINATION ROASTING METHOD
【摘要】 采用氯化铵焙烧法处理攀西稀土矿脱锰矿泥 ,通过正交试验设计 ,对焙烧反应温度、反应时间、氯化铵用量进行了优化 ;确定了最佳焙烧条件为 :反应温度 40 0℃ ,氯化铵用量NH4 Cl/脱锰矿泥 =0 30 ,反应时间为 6 0min ;其稀土浸取率达到 83 2 9% ;中间实验得到稀土浸出率为 80 %。进一步采用N2 3 5对该稀土浸出液萃取净化除铁、P50 7萃取提取稀土后 ,最后得到了稀土相对纯度为 96 3 %的混合稀土氯化物
【Abstract】 The optimum condition of chlorinating Mn stripped rare earth mud was determined by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimal roasting condition is T =400 ℃, m (NH 4Cl)/ m (mud)=0.3, t =60 min, RE recovery being 83.29 %. The RE leaching solution contains little Fe, Si, Al and Mn, but it is easily purified by solvent extraction with N 235 and P 507 . Finally, a RECl 3·7H 2O product is prepared by evaporating the purified solution.
