【摘要】 大洋多金属结核是蕴藏在深海床的巨大金属资源 ,属于全人类。目前 ,由于技术、经济、政治、法律等多方面原因 ,尚未实现商业化开采 ,但围绕大洋多金属结核的开发利用 ,国内外已做了大量工作。本文综合介绍了国内外大洋多金属结核的开发研究情况 ,讨论了国外对大洋多金属结核开发的各种研究结果 ,并结合我国实际 ,进行了我国第一代大洋多金属结核开发的经济模式和经营模式的研究 ,建立了中国的经济和经营模型 * ,为我国有关决策部门提供有依据、数字性参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ocean polymetallic nodule is a vast metallic resource of deep sea bed and belongs all over the world. The commercial mining has not been realized now because of technological, economical, political, legal factors and others. However, a lot of work concerning the development and application of ocean polymetallic nodule has been done both at home and abroad. This paper overviewes the R&D work on ocean polymetallic nodule in China and foreign countries, discusses the research results of foreign countries, and works out the first generation of an economical and management model for China’s enterprises of ocean polymetallic nodule based on the actual situation of China.
