【Abstract】 The economic loss in nonferrous mines is of long standing but the opinions for its causes vary.This paper,proceeding from the rules of market economy,pointed out the causes of economic loss,introduced the experience with external contract of mining works in related nonferrous metals mines,analyzed the essence and specialities of the external contract of mining works and put forward practising external contract of mining works as the way to reform the existing mines and improve their beneficial results.更多还原
